Villa North Shore Add-ons

Airport transfer -
Let us meet and greet you at the Airport and drive
you straight to Villa North Shore's Front Door. Price:
approx $35 (per person, per one way transfer).
Welcome food package -
Arrive to a fridge full of food. Just send us your
shopping list and for just £15 (in addition to food
bill!) we'll stock the fridge ahead of your arrival.
Golf buggy rental -
The best means of transport around the Jolly Harbour
complex is the golf buggy. Not only convenient, also
great fun. The buggy at North Shore Villa can be rented
on a weekly basis, with the keys available from our
caretaker

Villa
North Shore - Term & Conditions:
- Deposits and confirmation: Once you have made a provisional
booking, Villa North Shore will reserve your holiday for
5 working days, by which time we must have received a deposit
of £250 for the villa. Upon receipt of the deposit we will
send you a confirmation of booking (showing the arrangements
booked), the balance amount and the date it is due.
- Balance: The total cost of your holiday must be paid not
less than 8 weeks before your arrival date. If the balance
remains unpaid within this time we reserve the right to
cancel your booking and to make a cancellation charge as
shown in section 4.
- Price guarantee: At time of printing our prices were true
and correct. However, Villa North Shore reserve the right
to increase the price of holidays in the event of currency
fluctuation. We will however guarantee that once you have
made your booking, your holiday will not be subject to further
surcharges.
- Cancellations: If you have to cancel your booking, notification
must be made in writing. Refunds will be made according
to the cancellation notice period as set out below. The
date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date on which
written cancellation instructions are received by Villa
North Shore.
Cancellation prior to 8 weeks before date of arrival: Deposit
returned.
Cancellation 8-6 weeks before date of arrival: 75% of total
holiday cost refunded Cancellation 6-4 weeks before date
of arrival: 50% of total holiday cost refunded Cancellation
4-0 weeks before date of arrival: No refund.
- Commitment: Villa North Shore will endeavour to keep
its website commitments. However, we reserve the right to
alter any operations not directly under our control. We
have no control of water, electricity supplies and weather.
Should you travel in the Hurricane Season (Officially June
to November) you must be aware of the chance of this type
of weather and follow full instruction should this event
occur.
- Insurance: You should ensure that you have full worldwide
insurance to cover all events.
- Customer liability: There is a security deposit of £200
per booking. We reserve the right to recover from our clients
the cost of breakages, damage to accommodation etc. caused
with or without intent by that customer. Villa North Shore
does not accept liability for financial loss or damage to
property suffered by you. The customer is expected to behave
in a manner that will in no circumstances damage Villa North
Shore's reputation.
